I'm Stosh. I run OperatorStack. Here's how this site handles your data, written in plain English because nobody reads legalese.
Analytics
This site uses Plausible Analytics — a privacy-friendly analytics tool that doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal data, and doesn't track you across sites. There's no cookie banner on this site because there are no cookies to consent to.
Plausible tells me which pages get traffic, where visitors come from (Google, Twitter, direct), and what country they're in. That's it. No IP addresses stored. No fingerprinting. No advertising profiles. GDPR compliant by default.

If you subscribe to the OperatorStack email list — through the toolkit download or any signup form on this site — your email address is stored by ConvertKit (now Kit), our email service provider.
What we store: your email address and the date you subscribed. That's it. We don't ask for your name, company, phone number, or anything else.
Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Click it and you're removed immediately. No "are you sure?" pages. No retention tricks. You're out.
We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with anyone. Period.
Affiliate Links
This site contains affiliate links. When you click one and visit a vendor's site, that vendor may place tracking cookies in your browser to attribute the referral to us. These are third-party cookies that we don't control.
Each vendor has its own cookie and privacy policy. We can't control what they track or how long their cookies last. If that concerns you, use your browser's private/incognito mode when clicking affiliate links, or clear cookies afterward.
We disclose all affiliate relationships in every article that contains them and on our affiliate disclaimer page.
We Never Sell Data
We don't sell your data. We don't rent it. We don't trade it. We don't share it with "partners" or "selected third parties" or whatever euphemism other sites use.
The only data we have is your email address (if you subscribed) and anonymous page-view analytics. Neither is for sale. Ever.
