Who I Am
I'm Stosh — founder of SkyYield, a WiFi data offloading company that partners with salons, restaurants, gyms, and service businesses to monetize their excess WiFi bandwidth. We create certificate-based networks at partner locations and generate revenue from cellular data offloading through AT&T and T-Mobile partnerships.
Over the years, we've deployed across 50+ venues and built every operational system ourselves — partner onboarding automation, IoT device tracking via Relay API, Ubiquiti network management, Power Automate flows for invoice processing, and multi-entity partner management systems. We've used everything from Base44 to PandaDoc to Tally to Tipalti to run the business.
That operational experience is what makes OperatorStack different. When I review a CRM, I'm evaluating it for someone managing 50 location partners with automated billing — not a solopreneur with 10 clients.
Why I Built This Site
Every time I needed to evaluate a software tool for SkyYield, I'd find the same useless content: generic feature listicles, affiliate sites with "reviews" written from a 14-day free trial, and content clearly written for marketers — not operators.
There was no resource that answered the questions operators actually ask: How does this CRM handle 50+ locations? What breaks when you scale to 100 partner relationships? How do these tools connect to each other in a real operational stack?
