About

Built by Operators. For Operators.

Most software review sites are run by marketers who have never managed a second location, handled multi-site payroll, or watched a CRM break at scale. OperatorStack is different.

Who We Are

OperatorStack is built by a team of multi-location operators who have collectively managed thousands of business locations across restaurants, gyms, salons, retail stores, and service businesses.

We have evaluated thousands of software tools over our careers — not from free trials or press kits, but from real deployments with real money on the line. When we review a CRM, we are evaluating it for someone managing dozens of locations with automated billing, not a solopreneur with 10 clients.

That operational experience is what makes OperatorStack different from every other review site.

Why We Built This Site

Every time we needed to evaluate a software tool for our businesses, we found the same useless content: generic feature listicles, affiliate sites with "reviews" written from 14-day free trials, and articles clearly written for marketers — not operators.

There was no resource that answered the questions operators actually ask: How does this CRM handle thousands of locations? What breaks when you scale? How do these tools connect to each other in a real operational stack?

OperatorStack fills that gap.
